Baked Lobster and Shrimp

  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cooked lobster, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 6 ounces can shrimp, cleaned
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350: F. In small bowl, mix applesauce and bread crumbs set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well with spoon. Place lobster mixture in nonstick 8" x 8" baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 8 servings.
