omg some people use your head

I'm sure the writer meant Gollum, and not a creature from Jewish folklore.

@hoosiersmoker, Step 4tells you to mix the vegetables with the rice and ground beef. Well, actually it tells to mix the oven with the rice and beef, but I'm sure it should be the vegetables. The beef should be the first ingredient listed, since it is the first ingredient used.

Shame you have a nice sounding recipes - but please post picture!

I've never heard of "making" ground beef. Did you mean to say to brown it?

The instructions aren't clear. In what order are the vegetables added? Do they go over the rice and meat mixture or under? I'd like to try this because the seasonings and combination of ingredients sounds really good. I'll just try it with the sauteed veggies on top of the rice mixture and hope for the best. Thanks!

Hobbit pie looks good. I would love for all the recipes to have nutritional analyses. Could that be added?
