Canned Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 peck tomatoes
  • 1 dozen small onions
  • 3 sweet peppers
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 cup flour blended
  • 1/2 cup sugar (it may need more sugar)
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions

Dice onions, peppers, celery, parsley and combine with tomatoes, cook till soft enough to strain. Reheat after straining. Add flour blended with sugar and butter or margarine. Salt and pepper to taste. Reheat and pack in clean hot jars. I process it for 20 minutes to make sure the lids seal.
