    Cooking MethodSlow Cooker

    Ingredients

    • 4 Bone-In Pork Chops, about 1” thick
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 medium clove garlic, crushed
    • 1/2 cup maple syrup
    • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
    • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • fresh ground black pepper to taste

    Instructions

    1. In small saucepan heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic until tender, about 1 minute.

    2. Add syrup, vinegar, mustard, soy sauce and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.

    3. Prepare your grill or broiler. Cook pork chops according to the instructions on the package.

    4. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush pork chops liberally with the glaze, turning frequently to coat evenly.
