Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender container.
     
  3. Blend on HI for 1 minute.
     
  4. Pour into greased and floured 10" pie plate.
     
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until custard is set.

calling this a 1-minute pie is deceiving. it makes it sound as if it will be done in 1 minute, not mixed up in 1 minute and still have to be baked for 45 more minutes.

This is a little different take on ht r Bisquick Impossible Coconut Custard pie.
