Spicy Chicken Wings

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp margarine
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 3 drops red pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 3/4 ounce crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp mayonnaise

To prepare sauce, in medium bowl, combine onion, ketchup, orange juice, margarine, Worcestershire, honey and pepper sauce. Microwave on high 4 minutes, stirring once. With sharp knife, remove skin from wings. Place in an 11 x 7" baking pan in a single layer; sprinkle with black pepper. Pour half the sauce over the wings. Microwave on High 6 minutes. Turn wings over; spoon remaining sauce over wings. Microwave on high 6 minutes or until juices run clear when skin is pricked with a fork. To prepare dip, combine all ingredients in small bowl.
