Garam Marsala
Ingredients
- 2 inch piece cinnamon stick (1/2 inch in diameter, broken into smaller pieces)
- 6 allspice berries
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 4 cloves
Instructions
Whiz all ingredients together into a fine powder in an electric coffee grinder, or grind to a powder using a mortar and pestle. Makes about 1 tablespoon.
