Apple Brandy Rickey

Four simple ingredients complete this Apple Brandy Rickey drink. Refresh during a hectic day with a refreshing cool brandy drink.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounce apple brandy
juice of 1/2 Lime
carbonated Water
1 wedge lime

Instructions

Pour apple brandy and lime juice into a highball glass over ice cubes.
Fill with carbonated water and stir.
Add the lime wedge on top and serve.

I've not had apple brandy before, though I have tried some other fruit flavored brandies like apricot and blackberry. This looks interesting, though a friend mentioned he had heard it referred to as an Apple Rum Rickey, so this recipe apparently deletes the rum. I'll have to try it both ways and see which one I prefer, if any. I have a feeling just the apple brandy might be more to my liking.
