Vanilla Refrigerator Cookies
These refrigerator cookies are a delicious recipe. Put the dough in the fridge before you start baking your cookies. These are great dessert cookies when you have company over.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 only eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together; stir in flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Mix well.
- Roll out about 1/4inch thick and cut out with cookie cutters.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 for 8 - 10 minutes.
