Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 package of chocolate kisses
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat butter, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add flour and nuts on low speed until well-blended. Chill dough 2 hours.
- For each cookie, use about 1 tablespoon of dough to encase one candy piece completely.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set but not brown, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and roll in powdered sugar.
