Brown Edge Cookies
Here's a simple cookie recipe that you can use for the Christmas season or really any time of year. If you're looking to make cookies that will please the whole crowd, make brown edge cookies. They're yummy and easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar. Add egg, flour and baking powder. Add vanilla.
- Drop by teaspoons far apart on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees F until lightly brown around edges.
- Cool slightly on cookie sheet before removing.
