    Two Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe

    This two-cheese-stuffed chicken breast recipe is packed with soft goat cheese and tasty colby cheese, making it a rich and wonderful stuffed chicken breast recipe.

    Ingredients

    • 4 boneless chicken breasts
    • 4 ounces soft goat cheese
    • 1 cup shredded colby
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
       
    2. Mix goat cheese and colby with fork until blended.
       
    3. Place chicken breasts between 2 layers of Saran wrap.
       
    4. Pound to flatten silghtly.
       
    5. Spread 1/4 of cheese mixture on each breast.
       
    6. Starting at short end, roll up breast and secure with toothpicks.
       
    7. Mix egg and 1 tablespoon water.
       
    8. Place bread crumbs in shallow dish or on plate.
       
    9. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
       
    10. Place on greased baking pan.
       
    11. Spray chicken lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
       
    12. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
       
    13. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
