Crazy Oven Fried Chicken
There are two thing I love in life. My family and chicken. I'm not sure which comes first, especially when I make my Crazy Oven Fried Chicken. This simple chicken recipe is so good it makes my family jealous. What can I say? Don't get between a man and his chicken recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 tablespoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- chicken, cut in pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together spices. Add 3 tablespoons of mix to flour and brown sugar.
- Coat cut up chicken pieces in spice mixture.
- Arrange coated pieces on an oven pan, brush with melted butter or margarine. Bake 1 hour.

THIS RECIPE DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. ADD 3 TBSP OF MIX TO FLOUR AND BROWN SUGAR. THEN WHAT????
