I am a massive fan of corn on the cob, it is delicious! I usually just melt butter in the microwave and pour it over it, I never thought of having a seasoned butter with this! I think a whole new world has been opened up to me, I can not wait to experiment with this now!

I love seasoned butter! I've had it with rolls at restaurants but never guessed it would be so simple to prepare. Spring onions and celery are nice herbs to use as well for this recipe. I think this seasoned butter could even be great for making garlic bread or flavored toast.
