This casserole -- made with mushrooms, rice, and cheese, mostly -- is one of those easy to make casseroles. It's so simple to start it on the stove top and then finish it in the oven. But, there's also a version where you can start it in the slow cooker and then finish it in the oven too. So you're good either way."
