Ingredients

  • 2 package Grands biscuits (5 count each)
  • 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. In a large frying pan, brown the sausage. Drain off some of the fat if needed.

  3. Sprinkle sausage with flour and stir well. Cook 2-3 minutes to a light brown.

  4. Stir in can of evaporated milk and bring to a bubble.

  5. Season with salt and generous pepper.

  6. Allow mixture to cool slightly. It thickens as it sits. To loosen, add a drizzle of milk.

  7. Flatten each biscuit and place about 2 tbsp of the sausage mixture in the center.

  8. Fold up edges and press to seal.

  9. Bake as biscuit package indicates.
