Peach Pound Cake

Peach is such a great fruit flavor to use for summer cake recipes. This quick and easy Jello cake uses peach jello and canned peaches that create a light and delicious cake perfect for summer gatherings.

Cooking Time: 45 min

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small box peach Jello
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice plus water to equal 1/2 cup liquid
  • 1/2 cup mashed peaches (canned)
  1. Mix all together and bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.


    2 cups powdered sugar
    1/2 cup mashed peaches
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Mix all together and pour over cake while still warm, but not hot.

I have made other recipes using the box cake mix. I would make this in a bundt pan, or if I wanted it thinner I would use a 9x13. Hope that helps!

WHAT SIZE PAN? I see that Mybobba's Jul 12, 2012 question was never answered and I would also like to know the pan size.

On the icing is this an additional 1/2 mashed peaches plus additional l 1tab lemon juice.
