Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions

All you do is cut it in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, stab the skin in a few places to vent. Lay it in a 9 x 13 pan cut side down and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. Scrap out the squash into a bowl . It will resemble spaghetti. Toss with some salt and pepper to taste. I add a little butter and serve it as a side dish.

Thanks for tips on cooking this interesting squash. I am cooking one tonight, to see if my husband and myself like it. Neither of us have ever eaten it.
