Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup crushed soda crackers
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 (15 - 16 oz) cans creamed corn

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until center is no longer runny.
