Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 t. ground ginger
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 T honey
- 2 T butter
Instructions
Halve sprouts and steam, boil, or microwave until tender. In small bowl, combine all other ingredients and microwave until just boiling. (Keep an eye on this; it happens very quickly.) Drain sprouts and place in serving bowl. Add sauce to coat.
