Using avocado oil, some rosemary and all your favorite veggies, you can make amazing vegetables in just one single pan. Saute to taste and put them next to your favorite protein or meat for one fantastic meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Assortment of your favorite fall vegetables: such as red potatoes, carrots, onions, fennel
  • 4 tbsp+ High temperature cooking oil such as avocado oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped rosemary to taste (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Prepare all vegetables: Wash, dry, peel if desired, and chop to the desired size.

  3. Add 4 tbsp+ of cooking oil to the Black Cube Stainless Steel Sauté Pan at medium heat.

  4. Once the Pan is hot, add vegetables to the pan. Season with salt & pepper, and rosemary (if using)

  5. Sauté vegetables until they begin to soften.

  6. Cover Pan with Black Cube vented glass lid. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-30 minutes or until tender. 

  7. Enjoy!
