I always like to have a lot of zucchini recipes to cook before summer arrives. We usually get a lot of zucchini from the garden, and of course, then we have to figure out what to with them all. There is only so much fried zucchini that you want or need. This is the first time I have seen them baked! I can't wait to try this! These should definitely be healthier than the alternative that I usually make!

I have always pan fried my zucchini slices. I've dipped them in egg, coated them in Italian bread crumbs, and fried them. This recipe is easier and healthier. I can't wait to serve these tonight. I have a zucchini just picked from my garden, and we love parmesan cheese, so this is the perfect appetizer and side dish.

Whoa! I just read a fried zucchini parmesan recipe. Im sure that its tasty, but hope to make a bake version of that recipe. I just wasnt sure about the temperature and the time. Then ta-da! I found this zucchini recipe, in a baking method! 425F for 15 to 20 minutes. Okay, got it! Thank you!

This is so simple! I love zucchini and cheese. I make a cheesy zucchini that requires sauteing the zucchini first before adding cheese and finishing it in the oven. Next time I want cheesy zucchini, I am trying this recipe. I think I will add the optional salt, pepper, and garlic powder too. Do you think it would matter if the Parmesan was grated or shredded?

I thought these were great. Easy and snackable!

There are some great recipes here, but why must there be all the chatter and pictures before getting to the recipe?

Would like to know the thickness of the zucchini that works best.

For a crispier crisp, a thinner zucchini slice works best. But the thickness size is really up to you. Hope that helps! -Editor, RecipeLion.com
