Cranberry Currant Sauce

  • 1/2 cup red currant jelly
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon port
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  2. Whisk until fairly smooth. Then, stir often until hot.
