This Unstuffed Cabbage Soup truly is a flavor extravaganza. Just like kmcartoonity the little meatballs reminded me of Italian wedding soup also, but that is where the similarity ends. This soup is a rich hardy, satisfying meal all unto itself. Served with a nice crisp baquette on the side and you are in comfort food heaven.

The little pork meatballs in this recipe are nothing short of divine! They boast so much more flavor than ground beef meatballs, and are genius since you can drop them into the simmering pot without even having to brown them first. I'm definitely going to use these for other soups, like Italian style wedding!
