Yum! I love snack bars. It is hard to me to find them at the store due to dietary restrictions. The ones I can buy are so expensive. The dates serve as the sweetener. I chose almonds over walnuts any day so that is what I used. I think any nut would work. Just pick your favorite and go with that. My husband loves cashews and they would be great with chocolate too. Quick and simple along with healthy.
