Orlando's Lobster Narragansett

A treat for the taste buds, this delicious easy lobster recipe will be a hit with the family. Stuffed with fresh spinach, mushrooms, garlic, and minced shallots, it's topped with bread crumbs and baked to perfection. Pair with your favorite wine and enjoy Orlando's Lobster Narragansett.


  • 1 1/4 pound lobster, all guts cleaned out and light cooked in boiling water for 5 min
  • 3 medium sized shrimp
  • 3 medium sized scallops
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon shallots, minced
  • 2 ounces white wine
  • 4 ounces heavy cream
  • 2 ounces olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • bread crumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a medium heated sauté pan add olive oil, then add garlic and shallots and cook till lightly brown, then add shrimp and scallops and cook for 4 min.
  3. Add spinach and mushrooms and cook for 2 min, then add white wine to deglaze the pan reduce by half, then add heavy cream and reduce by half and season to taste.
  4. While cooking the filling boil water in a large pot and place the cleaned out Lobster and cook for 5 min.
  5. Once cooked add the filling inside the lobster and top with bread crumbs and bake in oven for 10 min.
