Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound backfin crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup cracker meal
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

Check crab meat and make sure all shell is removed. Beat egg and add mayonnaise. Mix well. Add crab meat and toss lightly. Add a little cracker meal and shape into cakes. Pat cakes in cracker meal. Broil or pan fry. Serve with slices of lemon.
