Impossible Bacon Pie
This Impossible Bacon Pie is too easy to be true! Bisquick "impossible pie" recipes are always a great way to make a tasty dish in a pinch. This cheesy bacon pie would be a great savory snack for any time of day!
Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion into greased pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
