It has been such a long time since I had a Monte Cristo Sandwich. This Waffled French Toast version is such a clever twist on the original recipe. The waffled French toast could stand on it's own it is so delicious, but don't lave yourself short of the full experience.Filled with Swiss Cheese, smoked turkey and ham, and covered with powdered sugar this recipe truly is over the top in flavor. The addition of berry jelly for serving brings it all together for a perfect brunch or romantic Sunday breakfast for two.
