I love club sandwiches, but I always use at least two kinds of meat-turkey and ham or turkey and roast beef. If you slice your tomato thin, it stays on the sandwich better, even if you add a couple of layers of tomato. To get extra fiber, I use one of the white breads that have fiber now, but you can use any kind of bread you like. Sour dough is good, too!
