Watermelon Salsa


  • 2 cups watermelon, finely chopped
  • 1 navel oranges, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper


Mix all ingredients in medium-size bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 3 cups.
