Basic Red Salsa


  • 700 milliliters chopped tomato, fresh or canned
  • 5 or 6 chopped green onions
  • 150 milliliters can hot green chillies, or fresh
  • 25 sprigs cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


Chop and mix all this together. add enough water till all covered. If you are using canned tomatoes, use the juce form the can also.
