One of our more healthier recipes, the Avocado Fruit Salad is the perfect dish for those trying to eat healthier. This easy fruit salad recipe calls for organic apple juice and grapes and is an all-natural side-dish for a healthier lunch or dinner.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 4 dates
- 1/4 cup organic raisins
- 1/4 cup organic apple juice
- Soak raisins in organic apple juice 30 minutes.
- Peel and slice banana, peel and dice avocado and cut dates into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
