Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 8oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed dry roasted peanuts
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 4 cups green apples cut into bit size chunks

Instructions

Heat together in sauce pan till thick and bubbly, pineapple and juice, sugar, flour and egg stirring constantly. Let cool. Add cooled mixture to apples and nuts. Chill 1 hour in fridge. When chilled, mix in the cool whip and serve.
