Coriander and Creme Fraiche Dressing


  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 handfuls fresh coriander, pounded or finely chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Mix together.
