Starbucks Frappuccino Copycat Recipe

Everyone knows the iconic Starbucks frappuccino. Save yourself some time and money and mix up your own frappuccino at home, just the way you like it.


  • 1/2 cup fresh espresso
  • 2 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry pectin


  1. Combine all ingredients in a covered container. Shake until sugar and pectin are dissolved.

Waste of time and ingredients; not even close to Starbucks frap.

Why add pectin? I know it is used as a jelling agent for jam and jelly, but in coffee?

How do you know how much syryp and etc to add to make like a peppermint mocah frappuccino?
