I really like eating sweet potatoes, even when it's not Thanksgiving! Usually, I prefer eating them with melted marshmallows as a topping, but this recipe sounds delicious. When making this, I would double the recipe to ensure that there is enough for seconds for everyone.

Boston market has an oatmeal streusel topping. 8 tbsp dark brown sugar, 4 tbsp all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 8 tbsp cold butter. The only thing I'm missing is how much rolled oats to use for this recipe.

Boston Market recipe has marshmellow in it. Don't see it here.
