  • 8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup dry wine
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
  • 2 cups whole grain biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  1. Add chicken thighs, broth, wine and garlic to cooker and cook for 6 minutes under high pressure.
  2. Reduce pressure quickly under cold water.
  3. Combine biscuit mix, milk, and dill and drop large spoonfuls into boiling chicken broth. Cook uncovered for 6 minutes.

Oh YES! And chicken thighs are my favorite portion of the bird, so moist and tasty! On top of that dill is such a fabulous herb, I often add to dishes, it fresh from the garden, and it does wonderful things to an otherwise ordinary dish which, if you look at the ingredients of this recipe, is what this recpe would be without the dill. It is really delicious, we all enjoyed it. A really good family meal.

I Hardly see where this is a casserole. However seems easy enough - except I have a pressure cooker that has the rocker on the top, I'm always afraid to let it rock too hard, don't want an explosion.
