Beef Tongue

Cooking MethodPressure Cooker


  • 1 tongue
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced


Wash tongue and place in cooker with remaining ingredients. Cover, set control and cook for 45 minutes after control jiggles. Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes, cool under running water. Peel off skin. Serve hot or cold.
