Assuming the chop is supposed to be 1&1/4", not 1/4 " as stated? Please let me know if this is a thin slice chop dish.

I do not get it. If this serves six, then why is there five pork chops, does the cook have to share his/her chop with someone. What gives.

this suck

I, too, could not get the honey mixture to stick to the chops, so I just put some under the chops and spooned the rest over the chops and cooked them. I do not believe I have ever heard my husband (of 35 years) talk so much about how good the pork chops were, and that he wished there were more (I only fixed one for each of us).

This recipe is FANTASTIC. The only problem I had was the honey mixture does not "stick" to the chops. I ended up pouring the honey mixture over the chops. But still, DELICIOUS. In fact, I fixed it for my family on Friday night and again on Sunday night! They love it!
