Pork Shoulder

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. pork shoulder
  • 2 pounds green beans
  • 2 pounds potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 head cabbage, cut in quarters
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Place pork shoulder in large pot and add water to cover. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for an hour. Add green beans and potatoes. Simmer 30 minutes. Add Cabbage quaretes and simmer half an hour. Add salt to taste . Serve.
