I am a fan of fried cabbage. My husband is not so I don't know if I could get him to try this or not. I could make this for me and eat on it all week or maybe take to a family reunion. My sister would love it.

If you love cabbage, this is a " winner winner cabbage dinner! If you don't care for cabbage, this just might convert you! And it's really so easy. The key is not to overcook the cabbage, so I make my cabbage cuts on the chunky side, and the sausage sliced on the thinner side so everything gets cooked perfectly. I use olive oil for frying, but you can give it an Asian flair, if you like, and use sesame oil.
