Krupnik for Christmas Eve
Ingredients
- 1 c honey
- 1 c water
- 1 lemon peel, just the zest, no pith
- 2" piece vanilla bean
- 5 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- nutmeg, freshly grated to taste
- 2 c vodka
Instructions
Bring all ingredients except vodka to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Steep for 20 minutes. Add vodka. Drink hot. Note: Different honey changes the flavor.
