Sugar Cream Pie


  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • nutmeg
  • vanilla to taste
  • 1 unbaked pie shell


Combine all of the ingreients and pour into the pie shell. Bake at 375 for a half hour, or until brown and the pie is set.
