No Bake Hershey Bar Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 jumbo sized Hershey's Almond Candy Bar
  • 1 medium sized tub of Cool Whip
  • 1 (8-inch) pie shell, cooked
  • shaved chocolate for garnish
  • slivered almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the candy bar in a double broiler over hot water. Let chocolate cool completely. 
     
  2. Blend in the Cool Whip.
     
  3. Pour mixture into the pie shell.
     
  4. Garnish and serve.

ummm....what's a double BROILER??? I've heard of a double BOILER before...also, what's the point of melting the chocolate, if you're just going to cool it completely...wouldn't that make it as hard as it was in the beginning?? I would think it would be easier to mix in the Cool Whip if it WASN'T cooled completely, more like cooled til it's just warm, and not hot. Just my opinion...
