Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed key lime juice (8 to 10 limes)
  • 4 egg yolks

Instructions

Whip egg yolks and blend with condensed milk. Add key lime juice, mixing only until juice is mixed in. Do not overbeat. Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell or prepared graham cracker pie crust. Chill until set (overnight is best). Top with whipped cream if you like.
