Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup ricotta
  • 1 tsp course black pepper
  • 1/4 cup coarsely grated Romano Cheese
  • 1/4 cup coarsely grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped Italian Parsley
  • 1 pound fettucini noodles.

Instructions

Melt butter Whisk in heavy cream. ricotta, and black pepper Bring to simmer. Whisk in cheeses and parsley Makes enough for 1 lb fettucini noodles. Serves 4-6.
