- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/4 cup ricotta
- 1 tsp course black pepper
- 1/4 cup coarsely grated Romano Cheese
- 1/4 cup coarsely grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped Italian Parsley
- 1 pound fettucini noodles.
Melt butter Whisk in heavy cream. ricotta, and black pepper Bring to simmer. Whisk in cheeses and parsley Makes enough for 1 lb fettucini noodles. Serves 4-6.
