- 250 grams flour
- 175 grams butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 3/8 liter milk
- 1 tablespoon beer
- 25 grams sugar
Serving Size : 6. Whisk flour with half the milk, add egg yolks, melted butter, beer, salt, and the rest of the milk. Add egg whites that have been whipped stiff. Bake in Aebleskiver pan to golden brown at low heat.
