Moist Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 c yoghurt
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 3 tsps baking powder
- 1/3 c white sugar
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 2 c flour
Instructions
Lightly oil a muffin tin and preheat the oven to 190 deg C. Put the first five ingredients into a bowl and mix well, then add the remaining ingredients and blend until just mixed. Two-thirds fill the muffin tins and bake for 15-20 mins. This recipe makes 16 muffins.
