Hawaiian Pineapple Muffins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 5 tsps. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups. milk
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups. drained crushed pineapple

Instructions

Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk and butter. Stir until smooth; add pineapple. Mix well. Spoon into a greased 3-inch muffin pan, filling them 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated hot oven, 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
